Scrum or Kanban with ShipLean
Use the same flow from Feature to delivery with either a sprint cadence or a continuous board. In this example, Guide new members through their first project stays the Feature. The team decides when and how its Stories move.

Work in sprints
Section titled “Work in sprints”For Scrum, keep the ready Stories in the backlog, estimate them in story points, and plan a sprint against team capacity. Use the forecast to see how the selected work fits the available capacity. During the sprint, use the taskboard to follow Tasks. Use the sprint status to check progress, remaining work, and blocked items.
At the end of a sprint, review completed and committed points, carried-over work, items added after the sprint began, recent velocity, and Feature progress. Use those results to plan the next sprint and adjust future forecasts.
Continue with Run a Scrum sprint, sprint planning and capacity, and the sprint backlog.
Work continuously
Section titled “Work continuously”For Kanban, take the next ready item from the board, and move work through columns that map to your workflow states. Set work-in-progress limits where you need them, and agree what done means for each column. Review the board regularly. Pick up the next item when capacity opens. Work does not need to go into a sprint.
Continue with Run Kanban and board settings.
Both approaches use the same Features, Stories, Tasks, and activity history.
